Welcome to these Awakening Mind video performances. These selected video recordings range widely in diverse venues and contexts but all have a common unifying focus on the Awakening of Global Enlightenment and our human quest to access the Primal Code of Life, the long emerging Code of Logos in our evolutionary journey.

This is the opening keynote for our Annual ((Global Philosophy Forum)) at Haverford College on November 9th 2013. The focal theme: "Making Sense of our R-Evolutionary Shift to Integrative Healing" and featuring our two distinguished guests- Dr. Nedra Fetterman ("The Primacy of the Heart") and Dr. Jeffrey Schmitt ("Healing from the Heart: An Experiential Tour of Sacred Medicine"). As you see from this opening presentation I trace the evolutionary emergence of ((Global Enlightenment)) through the ages and seek to bring out the latent consensus that we humans ARE as we "mind": our dominant mind operating patterns (our script, our literacy, our mental lens, our mental processing, our ideology or worldview...). Here we see that the heart of our great wisdom and spiritual teachings detects that we humans have been lodged in chronically entrenched patterns ("egomental", "monocentric", "monologue"= "I===It" mentalities) that sever and alienate us from the Primal Field of Reality ((Infinite Presence)), and generate pathological polarities, dualities, fragmentation, discoherence and chronic dysfunctions in all aspects of our lives. The awakening of consciousness comes with the recognition of these alienating patterns and the maturation into the ((Script and Literacy)) of Presence (the Language of Presence) which flows in integral, holistic, dialogic ("I===Thou") connectivity. This dilation of our hearts and minds is the most potent healing medicine- ((Healing from the Heart)). This evolutionary maturation of consciousness dilates space for us to flourish as ((whole persons)) in awakened and mindful ((cultures)).

In this opening presentation at our Philosophy Forum with Rupert Sheldrake celebrating his new book- Science Set Free - I focus on bringing to the fore what is clearly one of the most remarkable global insights that emerges from our collective global wisdom and spirituality through the ages. When we dilate our hearts and minds and enter the space of Global Wisdom and Enlightenment it becomes strikingly clear in the Global Light of Reason that our evolutionary journey into awakened life essentially calls for the awakening of a higher power of language and literacy beyond the deeply entrenched stage of language and mental development still dominant in our cultures across the planet. When we listen deeply to the innovative teachings of such Evolutionary Elders as Buddha, Jesus, Krishna, Lao Tzu, Moses, Mohamed, Socrates....and many others through the ages it is clear that they are calling humanity to a higher dimension of language, script power, literacy, mental processing and rational competence as humanity awakens and crosses into global light of reason. So journey with me here into the evolutionary drama and we'll explore through the global lens how our great teachers were liberating the power of language, literacy and life. We'll see in this meditative journey why it is that humanity has remained "stalled" at a great "wall" (a great language barrier) and continues, wrongfully, to "download" the higher Script and power of awakened Language into the less developed state of egomental script or monocentric language. We'll see that our great teachers have been urging us to "upscript", (rather than "down-script") to make a dimensional shift in our literacy to a more potent Integral, Holistic, Dialogic and Living Script. And when we truly liberate the "Word", dilate the Lens of the Mind, cross into the Global Light of Reason we liberate our Lives and enter a higher form of culture. In April 2013 Dr. Nedra Fetterman and I inaugurated our ((Deep Dialogue Sanctuary)) and in this opening presentation on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Haverford College. I focus on the urgent need to evolve our personal, inter-personal and cultural lives beyond the dominant patterns of "monologue" into the awakened Literacy and competence of Deep Dialogue intelligence for our daily lives.In this presentation I show that the collective wisdom of our great spiritual and enlightenment teachings across the planet and through the ages are in consensus that our maturation as humans turns on our evolving from cultures of monologue to life in Deep Dialogue flow. Our great wisdom scripts teach us that our human family has been lodged in chronically entrenched patterns of "egomental" or "monocentric" mental and cultural practices that produce wide-ranging human pathologies and cultural dysfunctions. Our planetary wisdom for millennia has been urging us to evolve beyond this "adolescent" stage of human life to more mature and healthful integral, holistic and dialogic patterns of life. This presentation took place in September 2012 in Latvia at the 14th European Conference of Transpersonal Psychology (EUROTAS). I was invited earlier (2008) to give an opening keynote to EUROTAS in Freiburg, Germany (&& see link to EUROTAS- Freiburg Youtube) and this keynote in Latvia is a second participation in EUROTAS which focused on “Spirituality and Creativity”. In this Latvia performance I seek to show that access to the ((Source Code of LogoSophia)), the Primal Field of Reality, is at the heart of the shift to TransPersonal Intelligence and Literacy. The Source Wisdom of our great awakening teachers calls us to evolve to the Deep Dialogue flow of ((I===Thou)) Intelligence in which the whole Person comes forth. By contrast the egomental patterns of “self” making objectifies the self as a “being” or “entity” which dominates our everyday cultural lives. The quest for “trans-personal” is truly a quest for the true First ((Person)) beyond this objectified (egomental) “self” which remains the dominant everyday language of the “self” or “person”.
Let's journey together through the Global Lens into the depths of our great Wisdom and Spiritual endowment of the Ages. In this journey we encounter remarkable disclosures- that the Awakened and Evolved Person is "trans-personal" in the sense of "trans- egomental". Whether the enlightenment teachings of Buddha or Krishna, or Jesus, and others we see that the Awakened Self (Person) is "transpersonal". And we discover that our global wisdom and enlightenment teaching call for a shift in "language power" or "literacy" or script power from "egologue" to Dialogue. Our journey into the Literacy of the Awakened Self (Trans -"personal" Person) matures beyond the "egomental" into the Awakened Moral and Rational Life which is Holistic, Integral and Dialogic. When we stand back from our more localized mental lens and cultural orientation and dilate our hearts and minds into the more expansive and inclusive global space- the common ground whence our diverse worldviews, wisdom and spiritual teachings arise certain remarkable disclosures come into focus. Through the dilated Global Lens we are able to see as never before that our diverse wisdom and enlightenment teachings through the ages and across our planet converge on the consensus that the matured and awakened Self is "trans-personal" in the sense of being trans-egomental. Our classical teachings concur that the awakened Self matures and moves beyond the "egocentric" self (or mono-centric cultures). In this way "trans-personal" recognizes that the awakened ad evolved Human is a "LogoSapien" and not an "egosapien". This means that the mature and awakened Person is "trans-personal" in the sense of trans-egomental. Through the Global Lens it is more evident that in our evolutionary journey we mature beyond an "I==It" script and literacy to a Holistic, Integral and Dialogic "I===Thou" literacy and form of life. We mature from "egologue" to "Dialogue". The consensus of Global Wisdom and Spirituality urges us to recognize that there is an upgrade in our "literacy" from "monologue" to Dialogue.
